Carefully place the item in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped box and secure it within the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Return

Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned item to ensure it remains in pristine condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
